Summary
This study aims to see if the way doctors at Assiut University Heart Hospital implant pacemakers and similar devices matches the best-practice guidelines from Europe. It will follow 200 patients to see if following these guidelines more closely leads to fewer complications like infections or device problems. The goal is to identify areas for improvement to make these common heart procedures safer and more effective.
