First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing a 10-minute paced breathing exercise every day for four weeks can help children and teens (ages 9-18) recover from a concussion. Participants either do the breathing exercises at home or receive usual care. The main goal is to see if the program is easy to follow, and to check if it reduces symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and anxiety.
