Summary
This study tested whether a guided breathing exercise, delivered through an audio-visual tool, could help Palestinian teenagers feel less anxious and more confident. Over 200 teens aged 13-17 took part, with some using the breathing tool and others not. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could ease symptoms of anxiety and depression.
