Summary

This study tests a practical geriatric assessment (PGA) for people aged 70 and older with advanced cancer. The goal is to see if using this quick check helps doctors adjust chemotherapy to reduce side effects. About 150 participants will be followed to measure how well the assessment works in real-world clinics.
