First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a quick, practical geriatric assessment can help doctors better tailor cancer treatments for adults aged 70 and older with advanced cancer. About 150 participants will be tracked to see how often the assessment is completed and whether it leads to safer chemotherapy dosing. The goal is to reduce severe side effects and improve communication between patients and their care teams.
