Summary

This study tested a new drug called P28GST, made from a parasite enzyme, to see if it is safe for people with moderate Crohn's disease. Ten adults with Crohn's took part, some before or after bowel surgery. The goal was to check for side effects and see if the drug could help control inflammation.
