Summary
This study tested whether a drug called P1101 could help control myelofibrosis, a rare cancer that scars the bone marrow. It involved 11 patients with early-stage disease who received injections every two weeks. The main goal was to see if the treatment could shrink enlarged spleens, improve blood counts, and reduce symptoms.
