Engineered donor cells take on Hard-to-Treat lymphomas

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called P-CD19CD20-ALLO1 for people with certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses donor immune cells that are specially designed to find and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to check the safety of this approach and find the best dose.
