New CAR-T therapy targets Tough-to-Treat lymphomas

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called P-CD19CD20-ALLO1 for people with certain types of B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells from a healthy donor to attack cancer cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose in about 120 adults.
