First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a new bone graft material (P-15L) in spinal fusion surgery for people with degenerative disc disease. The goal is to see if it works as well as the standard bone graft in helping bones fuse together and reducing pain. About 290 adults aged 22 to 80 will take part, and the study also looks at how well it works in people who smoke, are obese, or have diabetes.
