Ozone water tested to calm hidden tooth infections
NCT ID NCT07171762
Summary
This study is testing if rinsing a tooth with ozone water during a root canal is better than saline at reducing harmful chemical stress in the surrounding jawbone. It involves 60 adults with a painless but infected tooth. Researchers will measure stress markers in fluid from the infection site to see if ozone helps the area heal better.
