Summary

This study tests whether a daily fizzy drink containing glutathione can safely lighten facial dark spots and improve skin radiance. Sixty adults with hyperpigmentation will take either the active drink or a placebo for several weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pigmentation, skin glow, elasticity, and hydration using specialized devices.
