Summary

This study tested two doses of a daily pill called ozanimod in 198 Japanese adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The goal was to see if it could reduce symptoms and inflammation better than a placebo. The trial also checked long-term safety. Ozanimod works by calming the immune system to help control the disease.
