Breathing hope: oxygen tested as early treatment for spinal cord injuries

NCT ID NCT07465302

Summary

This study is testing whether giving patients high levels of oxygen soon after a severe spinal cord injury is safe and practical. It will involve 12 adults who are on a ventilator within 24 hours of their injury. The main goal is to see if this oxygen treatment can be delivered as planned and to check for any safety issues, while also looking for early signs it might help.
