Summary

This study tests a treatment called Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Therapy (IHHT) for people with ME/CFS or long COVID who suffer from extreme fatigue, muscle pain, and brain fog. About 87 patients will receive either real IHHT or a placebo over six weeks, while 17 healthy people serve as a comparison group. The goal is to see if this oxygen-based therapy can boost energy and improve quality of life.
