Pressurized oxygen tested as new hope for debilitating pain

NCT ID NCT07446712

Summary

This study is testing whether breathing pure oxygen in a special pressurized chamber can help people with severe, long-term pain from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). It will involve 60 participants, with one group starting the therapy right away and another group waiting a few weeks to start. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, wrist movement, and daily function to see if the oxygen treatment makes a difference.
