New study tests oxygen and light therapy for breastfeeding nipple pain

Summary

This study tests whether applying topical oxygen or LED light therapy can help heal cracked nipples in breastfeeding mothers. About 51 mothers with nipple cracks will receive either oxygen therapy, LED light, or standard care. The goal is to see if these treatments speed up healing, reduce pain, and make breastfeeding easier.
