First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests two oxygen delivery methods—continuous flow and pulse flow—during sleep in children with Down syndrome who have moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea. About 10 to 15 kids will have two overnight sleep tests to compare how well each method reduces breathing pauses and maintains oxygen levels. The goal is to find which approach works better to ease symptoms.
