Summary

This study tested whether an experimental treatment called Oxycyte could safely deliver more oxygen to the injured brain after a severe head trauma. It involved 9 adult patients with severe brain injuries who were already receiving intensive monitoring. The goal was to see if increasing brain oxygen levels could help protect brain cells and improve recovery.
