This study tests whether a special filter (oXiris) is better than a standard filter (M100) for cleaning the blood in pneumonia patients whose kidneys have suddenly failed. About 60 adults will be enrolled to measure changes in inflammation levels, kidney function, and survival at 28 days. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to support these critically ill patients.
