First seen Jun 15, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 15, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a special blood filter called Oxiris can help repair blood vessel damage and improve kidney recovery in people with sepsis-related acute kidney injury. About 32 adults in the ICU will be randomly assigned to receive either the Oxiris filter or a standard filter during continuous dialysis. The main goal is to see if the filter reduces inflammation and helps the kidneys heal better.
