Summary

This study aims to understand how oxalate, a natural substance in many foods, contributes to kidney stone formation and affects the immune system. Researchers will enroll both healthy volunteers and people with calcium oxalate kidney stones. Participants will follow a controlled diet for about three weeks and provide blood and urine samples to measure changes in oxalate levels and immune cell activity.
