Summary

This study will look at how using overdose prevention centers (places where people can use drugs under medical supervision) affects the risk of fatal and non-fatal overdoses and mental health crises. Researchers will follow 500 adults in New York City who use these services. The goal is to understand what works best and how to add mental health support.
