Nerve zap test for bladder control: one side or both?

NCT ID NCT01558856

Summary

This study tested whether stimulating nerves on one side or both sides works better for overactive bladder that doesn't respond to usual treatments. Researchers compared these two approaches in 55 patients over one month to see which provided better symptom relief. The goal was to find the most effective testing method before considering permanent nerve stimulation implants.
