Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called ubamatamab for women with advanced ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to standard platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers want to see how safe and effective the drug is when given alone and when combined with other cancer therapies. The main goal is to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and control the cancer.
