New attack on ovarian cancer: drugs before surgery

Summary
This study is testing if giving cancer drugs *before* surgery is a safe and workable strategy for advanced ovarian cancer. It will enroll 60 patients into two groups: one receives the drug olaparib, and the other receives olaparib plus durvalumab. The main goal is to see if patients can complete this pre-surgery treatment without delays or severe side effects.
