New targeted attack on tough ovarian cancer tested against standard care
NCT ID NCT03587311
Summary
This study is for people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. It compares a new two-drug combination (bevacizumab + anetumab ravtansine) against a standard two-drug combination (bevacizumab + paclitaxel). The main goals are to see which treatment is safer and more effective at controlling the cancer and delaying its progression.
