New drug trial aims to keep ovarian cancer at bay after chemo
NCT ID NCT07318558
Summary
This study is testing whether a new targeted drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan (Sac-TMT), given alone or with another drug called bevacizumab, can help people with advanced ovarian cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. It compares these new maintenance treatments to current standard care options after initial chemotherapy. The goal is to find better ways to control the cancer and delay its return.
