Summary
This study is testing whether adding daphnetin capsules to standard chemotherapy helps control advanced ovarian cancer after initial surgery. It involves 98 patients with stage III-IV ovarian cancer who have had successful tumor removal surgery. The goal is to see if this combination treatment can delay cancer progression and keep the disease under control during maintenance therapy.
