Summary
This study examined tumor samples from 687 women with advanced high-grade serous ovarian cancer who received standard chemotherapy. Researchers looked for different types of immune cells, such as T cells and plasma cells, to see if their presence was linked to how well patients did. The goal was to better understand the role of the immune system in this type of cancer.
