New hope for tough ovarian cancer: experimental drug ABBV-901 enters human trials

Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called ABBV-901, alone or with a standard drug bevacizumab, in about 207 adults with ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum chemotherapy. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants will receive the drug through an IV and have regular blood tests and scans over about 3 years.
