Second chance: testing drug again after surgery to control ovarian cancer spread

Summary
This study is testing whether giving the drug niraparib again after surgery can help control ovarian cancer that has returned in a limited way. It will include 30 women whose cancer spread to 1-5 spots after previous treatment with similar drugs. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays controlled without getting worse after this combined approach of surgery followed by medication.
