Could starting labor at home reduce C-Sections?
NCT ID NCT05759988
Summary
This study is testing whether starting the labor induction process at home with a small balloon catheter is as safe and effective as starting it in the hospital. It involves first-time mothers who need their labor induced at full term. The main goal is to see if the home-start approach lowers the chance of needing a cesarean delivery and improves outcomes for both mother and baby.
