Couples' app aims to boost CPAP use for better sleep

Summary

This study tests a mobile health program for couples to help people with sleep apnea stick with their CPAP machine. About 360 newly diagnosed patients and their partners will get tips and resources on their phones for 6 months. The goal is to see if this support improves nightly CPAP use and quality of life.
