Summary

This study will test whether the OTAGO exercise program can improve balance, endurance, and motor coordination in children with Down syndrome. Thirty children aged 8 to 14 with mild to moderate intellectual disability will participate. They will follow the exercise program, and researchers will measure changes in their motor skills, balance, and endurance using standard tests.
