Summary
This study tests whether giving older women (65+) in long-term care a monthly injection of romosozumab for one year, followed by an annual infusion of zoledronic acid, can improve bone density and prevent fractures. The goal is to find a more effective treatment sequence for osteoporosis in this vulnerable group. 184 women are enrolled.
