Summary
This study tests whether switching osteoporosis patients from one drug to another after one year improves bone loss. It involves 40 adults aged 45 and older who already completed a related trial. Participants will take either Alendronate or Teriparatide for one year, then switch to the other drug for a second year. The goal is to find a better treatment approach for age-related bone loss.
