Can a simple score guide better recovery from osteoporosis fractures?

Summary
This study aims to see if a new scoring system helps doctors choose the best treatment for spinal fractures caused by osteoporosis. It will enroll 648 older adults with these fractures and compare recovery when doctors follow the score's recommendation versus when they don't. The main goal is to see which approach helps patients get back to their previous mobility faster.
