Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent new bone fractures in people with osteoporosis who have just had a fracture. It will compare two treatment approaches: starting with one bone-building drug followed by another, versus using the second drug alone. The goal is to see which strategy is more effective at strengthening bones and reducing the risk of another painful break over two years.
