Summary

This study looks at whether a group exercise class designed for people with osteoporosis who have recently had a fracture is safe and practical. About 100 participants will take part in the classes to see if they can improve bone health, reduce the risk of future breaks, and boost physical function. The goal is to find a safe way to help people recover and stay active.
