Summary

This study aims to find the best way to educate people with osteoporosis to help them manage their condition. It will compare three approaches: standard information, a digital course, and in-person group sessions. Researchers will measure how these programs affect patients' knowledge, daily habits, quality of life, and physical health over a year.
