Can online lessons help osteoporosis patients as much as In-Person classes?

Summary
This study looks at whether online education works as well as in-person classes for people over 50 with osteoporosis. About 600 participants will either get standard information, attend three group sessions with a physiotherapist, or use a year-long online program. Researchers will measure changes in self-care, quality of life, and physical activity over 12 months.
