Summary

This study aims to compare how well two different FDA-approved osteoporosis medications work to strengthen bones in postmenopausal women at high risk of fractures. Researchers will follow 50 participants for 12 months, measuring changes in hip bone density. The goal is to help doctors choose the most effective treatment to control osteoporosis and prevent broken bones.
