Osteopathy may ease postpartum pain and stress
NCT ID NCT07631949
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether osteopathic treatment can reduce pain, improve daily function, and lower stress in women who have had back or pelvic pain for at least 3 months after childbirth. 45 women will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care (education and exercises) alone, or combined with real or sham osteopathic treatment. The goal is to see if adding osteopathy provides extra relief beyond exercise and education alone.
