Summary

This study tests whether osteopathic manual therapy—gentle techniques on the neck and head—can reduce the impact of migraines. Researchers will enroll 45 adults aged 18 to 50 who have frequent migraines. Participants will receive either osteopathic treatment or standard care, and their headache-related disability will be measured using a questionnaire.
