Summary

This study tested two gentle hand techniques (rib lifting and chest pumping) combined with diaphragm release in 66 people with moderate-to-severe COPD. The goal was to see if these methods improve diaphragm movement and reduce shortness of breath. Participants were aged 60-75 and on stable medication.
