First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining osteopathic manipulation (a type of hands-on treatment) with specific head exercises can help women aged 18 to 75 who have chronic headaches caused by neck problems. Participants will be split into two groups: one gets the new treatment, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces how often, how bad, and how long headaches last, and if it improves neck muscle health on MRI scans.
