Summary
This study aims to understand how pain and daily life change for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will collect detailed health information from 600 participants over a year to build computer models. These models will try to predict the best times to give self-care advice through a web app called ArtroseCoach, which focuses on activity, weight, and sleep.
