Summary

This study looks at whether it's practical to do surgery for a type of eye cancer (OSSN) in people with HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa. About 84 participants will have the tumor removed and be checked for up to a year. The goal is to see if a larger study can be done safely and effectively.
