This study compares the standard drug osimertinib alone versus osimertinib plus chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed) in people with metastatic EGFR-mutant lung cancer who still have detectable cancer DNA in their blood after starting osimertinib. The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer growth or spread. About 571 participants will be enrolled, and the study is currently recruiting.
