This study tests whether a lower dose of the targeted therapy osimertinib can control advanced EGFR-positive non-small cell lung cancer while reducing side effects. About 58 adults with this specific genetic type of lung cancer will receive 80 mg every other day. Researchers will monitor safety, tumor response, and how long the cancer stays under control.
